Miguel de la Rua, a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), was born in Havana, Cuba in 1984. He embarked on his medical journey at the University of Havana, where he earned his degree in General Practice in Medicine and Surgery in 2009. In pursuit of his passion for healthcare, he relocated to the United States in 2010. There, he pursued further education and achieved both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in adult and geriatric care at Florida International University, consistently earning a place on the Dean’s List throughout his program.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Miguel is a loving father who enjoys spending quality time with his daughter. He has a deep appreciation for music, relishes watching captivating movies, and finds joy in the art of cooking.
