Kristina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and doctoral student in clinical psychology at Albizu University, specializing in neuropsychology. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Barry University and has clinical experience across hospital, outpatient, and forensic settings.

She believes that effective therapy begins with a deep understanding of each individual within the context of their personal history, environment, strengths, and challenges. She takes a collaborative approach to treatment, emphasizing a strong therapeutic relationship while incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

Her clinical training with children, adolescents, adults, and families, along with experience working with diverse clinical presentations, has shaped a thoughtful and culturally responsive approach to care. Her experience includes supporting individuals navigating life transitions, trauma-related difficulties, behavioral concerns, and neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

In therapy, Kristina provides a warm and supportive environment where clients can build coping skills, improve relationships, and work toward meaningful personal goals. She is committed to creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in making lasting change.
